Different skin tone- different beauties

Today, I want to present the different beauty of my classmates - BTTE E4KB.

A person's skin color is determined by the amount of melanin in his or her skin. Melanin is a dark brown to black pigment produced by special cells called melanocytes. Melanin's purpose is to protect the skin from the sun's harmful UV rays.
Ultraviolet radiation can cause skin cancer. Melanin acts as a natural sunscreen by absorbing these UV rays. The more melanin your skin has, the darker your skin will be and the more protection it will have against UV rays.  https://wonderopolis.org/wonder/why-are-people-all-different-colors

Morena

"Morena is beautiful". Sadly, our society teaches that dark skin is less attractive. Thankful for these lovely ladies who proved society wrong. They are beautiful and so they're color.
In addition to reducing the risk of skin cancer, people with brown skin tend to appear younger than do people with light skin. https://www.quora.com/What-are-the-advantages-of-having-brown-skin-over-light-skin

LIGHTER SKIN

Filipino have dark skin, but maybe because of the invaders like Spanish, American, Japanese, etc., some Filipino has lighter skin.

We always want to be beautiful in the eyes of people surround us. But the real beauty is not only from the outside, it is from the inside.

Daytime skin care routine

Every day, we are facing things that can damage our skin, like stress, food that we eat, ultraviolet rays, lack of sleep and even people that surround us. So I write down these daily routines to help others know what the steps in skin care routine are.

Step-by-step Instruction of Daytime Skin Care Routine
Our morning concern is all about keeping us from the sun and pollution so we need some products that can protect us from any elements that affect our skin.  I include photos of the product that I use in my daily basis.

Step 1. Facial wash/ cleanser- First thing that you can do is to wash face using a gentle cleanser, or any products that suitable for your skin type. There are so many different brands available in the market that we can choose from. I'm using Celeteque Dermoscience + hydration gentle exfoliating face wash.

Step 2. Toner- If you use a toner at night, maybe you can skip using it in the morning. But if you have skin issues, you can use one according to your skin issues.

Step 3. Antioxidant Serum- It is an important part of skin care routine. We need this serum to soften our wrinkles, skin-firming, sun-damage repairing and acne-scar removing.

Step 4. Eye cream- applying eye cream is a vital part of everyday routine. It can protect our under eye from fine lines and improve the quality of our skin.

Step 5. Moisturizer- We have different types of skin- oily, dry and combination skin. Whatever skin type that we have, we need to use a moisturizer to avoid over-dry skin or oily skin.

Step 6. Sunscreen- The last step is applying sunscreen in your daytime routine. The recommended sunscreen protection has SPF 50. It will serve as our protection against UVA and UVB rays.
